  3. Basement, foundation and crawlspace

  6. Plumbing: Inspection of water heating equipment; interior water supply; drain, waste and vent systems; drainage sump pumps and test pumps with accessible floats; water supply, drain, waste and main fuel shut-off valves
  7. Electrical: Inspection of service drop/lateral, meter socket enclosures, means for disconnecting the service main, panelboards and overcurrent devices (breakers and fuses)
  8. Fireplace
