please read and understand the following Terms of Service. This Agreement governs your use of our

Pro Inspect Solutions provides professional home inspection services to evaluate the condition of
residential properties. Our property inspections include, but are not limited to, structural integrity,
electrical systems, sewer lines, heating and air conditioning systems, and other visible features.

2. Reporting

We’ll provide a comprehensive report of our findings following the home inspection. The report will detail
our professional opinion, findings, and recommendations from the inspection. Pro Inspect guarantees
timely report delivery.

3. Appointment and Payment

3.1. Scheduling
To schedule a home inspection, provide accurate property information and choose a convenient date and
time. If possible, we will do our best to work around your specified time frame.
3.2. Payment
Payment for home inspection services is due at the time of the inspection unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various forms of payment as outlined on our website or as discussed with our support staff.
3.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an inspection. Failure to comply will
attract a cancellation fee. Pro Inspect reserves the right to cancel or reschedule inspections due to unforeseen conditions, such as adverse weather or other variables that may compromise the safety or efficacy of the inspection.

4. Client Obligation

4.1. Property Access and Cooperation
You agree to provide Pro Inspect unrestricted property access and work with us as needed throughout the inspection. You acknowledge that failure to allow access may limit the scope and accuracy of the

You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for our services outlined in our pricing agreement. Payment is due
upon inspection completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
4.5. Reliance on Inspection
You acknowledge that the property’s condition is not warranted or guaranteed by our inspection report.
Any issues mentioned in the inspection report should be subject to expert advice from appropriate experts.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

5.1 Non-Invasive Inspection
Our inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the property. It does not entail destructive testing or dismantling of components. We will not move personal belongings or furniture or inspect inaccessible
areas, such as concealed walls, floors, or ceilings.
5.2. Excluded Systems and Components
Our inspection is limited to accessible and visible components of the property. Certain systems, such as
septic systems, wells, swimming pools, or specialized equipment, may be excluded from our inspection
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.3. Professional Opinions
Our inspection and report are based on our professional opinions and observations during the inspection.
We cannot predict future conditions or guarantee the future performance of any component or system.
5.4. Reporting Limitations
The inspection report will detail the observed defects and issues that, in the inspector’s opinion, require
attention. However, it may not identify all potential defects or issues and is not intended to be a warranty
or guarantee of the property’s condition.
5.5. Report Delivery
Pro Inspect guarantees prompt delivery of inspection reports, usually within the specified time frame. The
report will be delivered in writing or electronically, as agreed upon between Pro Inspect and the client.

6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1. Liability Limitation
While we strive to offer reliable and accurate inspection services, we can’t guarantee there won’t be any mistakes or omissions. Our liability is capped at the inspection fee. We disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses brought on by the inspection or use of the inspection report.

6.2. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us unaccountable from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or
expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms of Service, or
infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1. Confidentiality
Unless legally mandated or with your consent, we shall maintain the confidentiality of all information
gathered during the inspection. We’ll not divulge your personal data or inspection findings to a third party without authorization unless required to deliver the inspection report.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Ownership
Pro Inspect and its licensor own all rights, titles, and interests in and to any information and materials
made available through our Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and
