Meet Fidel

Fidel Molleturo is a highly trained state licensed home inspector who is also certified in wind mitigation and four-point inspections. He is truly passionate about furnishing his clients with the truth regarding their prospective homes by providing a thorough inspection and honest report about his findings. At the core of his diligent service is his family-oriented approach being a faith-filled husband and father of three. Fidel’s unwavering commitment to continually refine his skills as driven by his servant’s heart is the reason why he is currently studying to obtain additional certifications in pool/spa inspections, mold inspections, and termite inspections.

Fidel was an assistant to a project manager who performs light construction to full renovations on single-family homes prior to becoming a home inspector. He also brings on board 12+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and strives to offer excellent customer service that is founded upon transparency, communication, professionalism, and integrity. His goal is to inform and educate his clients so they can make the right decisions with their investments while obtaining value in the process. Fidel is also fluent in English and Spanish which enables him to serve a wider client base. He is focused on ensuring everyone receives an exceptional and stress-free experience.During his free time, Fidel enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering for causes that are close to his heart, and engaging in fitness training in order to reach his fitness goals.
